Parents are and always will be the primary teacher for their children. Parents as Teachers is designed to give you the information and support you need to make the most of the early learning years. Our Parents As Teachers program is served by staff members Rickole Bickford and Deseree Laskowski, any children in our district from birth to kindergarten are eligible.
