All NEW Preschool and Kindergarten students joining the Cardinal family in 2024-25 must register for screening on May 7th from 9-2. https://bit.ly/3Je8lw2 Preschool students must be 3 on or before July 31st and be potty trained. Kindergarten must be 5 on or before July 31st. Please bring the following documentation: birth certificate, shot records, social security, and parents need a picture ID and 2 proofs of residency. PK will get medical forms and state registration forms at screening. Current students do NOT need to be screened.
