Mark Twain Conference Middle School Basketball Tournament kicks off on Saturday Oct. 12th at Bradleyville High School. Attached is the schedule. Bus will leave at 2pm on Saturday for both teams and the cheerleaders.
This year's Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the library from October 21st to October 25th. Shopping will be available during Conferences on the 21st, after school the 22nd through 24th, and during the Fall Carnival on the 25th. We'd love to see you there!

David Stuber and Colton Kirksey have medaled in every race this year.
Stuber has 2 top 10s (Varsity)
Kirksey has 4 top 10s (3 First Place Finishes) (Junior High)
Travis Dixon has steadily improved his race plan. Three more races to get that fine tuned before Districts.
Kayla Stuber runs with determination and you better not be near her at the end, because she will beat you.

The Family & Community Engagement Team, commonly referred to as the FACE Team, is designed to serve the school and district’s greater community. Composed of parents, community members, and staff, the FACE team works collectively to create, build and foster a greater sense of belongingness for all stakeholders within the school and greater community.
The FACE team is a volunteer organization that will also work to support the school and district in a variety of ways. This includes serving on school/district committees, volunteering at school and district events, organizing school/community events, and even fundraising.
We look forward to having you join the Niangua R-V Family & Community Engagement Team! Our first meeting will take place on October 17th from 5:30PM-6:30PM in the Niangua R-V Cafeteria.

The Food Drive will be held Tuesday, October 1st-Friday, October 4th. All food can be dropped off with classroom teachers or the main office and sent to Mrs. Laskowski's room.

The 3rd Annual Niangua Fall Festival will be held Saturday, October 5th ! There will be performances by Johnny Mace and The Countyline Band, David Stein and the Niangua Junior High Cheerleaders, with special appearances by DovahKween Cosplay and The Iron Alliance armored combat group. Join the community for a food booth run by the Niangua Cardinals baseball team, contests, and fun!

Our afternoon bus routes today, September 20th, will run on the regular schedule. The repairs on one of our buses was completed early and we were able to pick it up this afternoon.

We would like to invite all parents/guardians to the first ever Niangua R-V Cardinal Showcase on Thursday, Sept. 26th from 5:00PM-6:30PM!
This showcase will be an opportunity to see all of the amazing things your child has been learning and creating in their classrooms. It will also be an opportunity to meet with the staff and stay up to date on progress.
As a reminder, we will have Parent/Teacher Conferences on Monday, Oct. 21st.

September 20th is National Concussion Awareness Day. With the rise of concussions in athletics we wanted to provide you information on what symptoms to watch for. MSHSAA provides additional information, training and a return to play form on their website if you need more information.

Due to two of our buses currently being repaired as well as the MS Basketball game at School of the Ozarks, we will have to adjust our afternoon bus routes for tomorrow, Friday September 20th.
Amber's afternoon route will be completed in reverse order.
Ms. Christensen's riders will be notified by her directly with any changes.
Stephanie's route will not change.
These adjustments will add around 45-50 minutes on average. You also have the option to pick up your child from school tomorrow.
