After our final House meeting today, the Blue House-Reveur-takes home the first house championship! Congrats! Super proud of all the sportsmanship, teamwork and spirit that all houses displayed. We wear BLUE on Friday!

Just a reminder that the form for a free pair of tennis shoes and free socks for enrolled Niangua R-V students is due this Friday, May 24th. The shoes will be distributed during Open House on August 15th.

Wednesday, 5/8 Early Release:
Niangua Schools will dismiss at 2:00PM today due to severe weather (including hail and high winds) forecasted for our area this afternoon. It is our goal to have students and staff home safely before the severe weather arrives. We appreciate your flexibility today.

Notice of School Board Meeting
Happy National Principals' Day to Mr. Gazette and Mrs. Allen!
In addition to our traditional lunch menu and charge system, the Niangua Kitchen Staff will be implementing an a la carte option for students during May. This will be on a trial basis and will be cash and carry. Students will not be permitted to charge a la carte items to their account during the trial period.
Options, which will vary daily, include sandwiches/burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, and a slice of pizza.
MAP testing starts this week! All 3rd-5th graders will test May 1-3 AND May 7-10 from 8-10 AM. Please, make sure students are here on time, well rested, eat a good breakfast, and are ready to show what they know!
